The materials used in this book are very easy to obtain since the focus of the project is to upcycle as much as possible. You will be using everything from paper scraps, old tissue paper from presents and bubble wrap to create beautiful one-of-a-kind mixed media background for your altered book. The altered book can also be used as an art journal or a scrapbook if you choose to do so.
The downloadable manual has introductions to each chapter and a basic high level view of the techniques covered. The fun is in the video classes – over 2 hours of recorded video where you can work along with the author and make your own altered book in one day or less.
